Hi there!
today we have one of those moves we really like: simple and effective. You steadily throw leg kicks to your opponent, then you feint, and when your opponent tries to check your fake kick, you throw a real one under the check and hit the leaning leg. What do you think?
here we have a couple of fights where we can see two of our favourite fighters. Both took place last Friday at Lumpinee Stadium and we can see the today thanks to Live Muay Thai Guy
In the first one we can see Sam-A Gaiyanghadao Vs Pet-Utong Or Kwanmuang, with whom he had already fought a couple of months ago. Then Sam-A won by decision (click here to see that fight).
And secondly we have Kongsak Sitboonmee Vs Petpanomrung Wor Sangprapai, with the Lumpinee Super Featherweight Belt on stake.
today we have an interesting defensive move, brought to us by our friend Sylvie Von Douglas. If you have a second, take a look at her blog (www.8limbs.us) where you will find tons of interesting stuff. I’ve really liked this move. It keeps you fully protect while allowing quick attacks with both elbows and also pushing your opponent, either to turn him and open spaces or just to keep him away from you. What do you think?
it’s been a while since we didn’t have a good motivation clip, and I’ve found this one at Ross Enamait’s Blog. It is a compilation of various audios and videos some of which we’ve already seen here, but the result is great, I’ve really loved it and I hope you will like it too
for those of you who have been following K1 for a while, for sure this is one of the best, most spectacular, most thrilling and most vicious series for many years…
Karaev hit first (with a not-so-sportive action…) but The Golden Boy was able to take his revenge in the subsequent two fights. in the second one, we can see one of the most terrific KO’s I’ve ever witnessed. Our good friend Sandkerss has compilated just the best actions so you don’t waste your time…
Hope this series bring good memories to you; enjoy!!
By the way, it is preferable to see these two in the ring rather than outside… have you seen those shirts?? wtf???
ladder of coordination, quick ladder or whatever other name you hear, is a great tool to improve your speed and coordination (hence its name )
In the video we have today you can see a nice tutorial to get some ideas. I’ve seen those things for about 35 € and they can last foreer, so it doesn’t seem a huge investment. However there are other solutions like painting it in the ground with chalk or use the pavement pattern if it has an adequate size.
here you have the full event. Many thanks to AppleBeeAppleLove for sharing!
